BEFORE BOOKING
Please ensure that when booking you are in good health and are not on any antibiotics, have any cold sores, recent dental work, or immunizations.
For facials, kindly discontinue any hydroquinone, chemical exfoliants/retinols 5–7 days prior to your appointment.
Dermal Filler cannot be done 14 days before/after receiving any vaccinations or dental work (including teeth cleaning).
If you are travelling by plane in the next 2 weeks, you must wait to proceed with any dermal filler or neuromodulator treatments. Facial treatments must also be spaced out between injectable appointments.
If you have any medical history or concerns, you must notify Nurse Tash as well as consult with your treating physician prior to booking. Please reach out to ensure it is safe to continue with injectable/facial treatments.
BOOKING POLICY
All treatment bookings require your credit card information via the booking link in bio.
To secure a booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.
LATE, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
If you cannot cancel outside of the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited & you will be required to make another deposit to secure a new appointment.
Failure to show up to your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
You will be required to make another deposit to secure a new appointment.
Kindly arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided.
Should you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled at Nurse Tash’s discretion & need to be rescheduled with the result of loss of deposit.
Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances that need to be considered.
PAYMENT POLICY
You may easily secure your booking time via credit card payment via the online booking link. Please note that your appointment is not confirmed/secured without a deposit.
The remaining balance may be paid at your appointment via cash/credit/debit (plus applicable taxes).
Payment for products may be accepted via e-transfer to tkblackley@gmail.com or payment in clinic (plus applicable taxes).
PRODUCT AND SERVICE REFUND POLICY
While it is of top priority to ensure you are satisfied with your treatments, it is understood that nothing is guaranteed & there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your service/products.
Due to the nature of treatments provided, including costs & service time—treatments are non-refundable.
If there are concerns about a product purchased, please do not hesitate to reach out. However, products purchased are also non-refundable, unless damaged/faulty.
PACKAGE PURCHASE POLICY
Treatment packages may be split into two payments between the first and second session.
Packages must be completed in accordance to the treatment timeline in order to achieve best results, and return of investment.
For example, microneedling sessions should be completed 4–6 weeks between each other.
